New Rules for Bad Behaviour in Parks?

People living in Oak Ridges know how over-crowded and chaotic local parks are during warmer weather. Richmond Hill is considering a list of fines for park visitors who violate bylaws. Many issues are addressed. Council will revisit the proposal soon. Here's the list:
