Summertime is Fun Time at the Oak Ridges Library

Did You Know? Your Oak Ridges Library gives you access to many digital and in-person services and most are free with your library card! There truly is something for everyone.

The Oak Ridges Library has free wifi, public computers, Ipads and Chromebooks, Early Literacy Stations and iMac Creative Workstations (by appointment) that provide access to beginner and advanced audio and visual software that will allow you to unleash your creativity as you work on exciting digital media projects.


You can book a Maker Space appointment and try your hand at 3D Printing and a Digital Conversion Station where you can convert your cassettes, records, VHS videos, slides and photos into high-quality digital files.


Want to look into Local History and Genealogy? The Richmond Hill Public Library offers a variety of genealogy services to community members, which includes access to print and digital databases, research help, and use of microfiche readers.
